My DS3 was due to arrive last week, but my dealer called to inform me that the bumper had been damaged in transit to the garage and needed to be replaced.

What should I do about this? I wanted a new car, not one that had been damaged and repaired, I'm at least hoping to get a significant discount, but I'm not sure what to push for.

Bummer, never good news but as for a discount, I wouldn't hold your breath as demand is so high Citroen are not offering any discounts on purchase. I would push for some extra for free, roof stickers or the like.

You won't be disappointed though, it's a great car
